*DEPOSITS* All deposits are Non-Refundable/Non Transferable no exceptions *CANCELLATIONS* All appointments require a minimum 48 hr notice in order to reschedule, change, or cancel. Anything less will be an automatic deposit forfeit.You may only reschedule your appointment 1 time using your initial deposit. *Arrival* You must arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will have to reschedule your appointment and forfeit your deposit fees. Being late creates a delay to the schedule of the next client and is unfair to those who are on time to their appointment. *Guest Policy* Due to liability and safety concerns no children are permitted in the studio. Clients who arrive with children will have to reschedule with the understanding that the deposit will be forfeited •CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED• IF FOR ANY REASON YOU CANCEL WITHOUT A 48 HOUR NOTICE OR NO SHOW YOUR APPOINTMENT YOUR CARD WILL BE CHARGED 30% OF YOUR SERVICE TOTAL AS A CANCELLATION FEE. ALL NO SHOWS WILL BE PERMANENTLY REMOVED FROM OUR BOOKS AND WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS
